Rosen Method Bodywork

Attentive touch can help us feel ourselves. Often it is muscle tension we no longer perceive. These tensions can develop when we are not able to fully go through an experience or feeling because of overwhelm and are unable to integrate them.
Attentive touch and contact can allow us to experience safety and relaxation and gently approach our inner being: re-experience, sense anew, feel deeply, find images, review patterns, find words or simply experience in silence in the presence of a witness.
Joy and tears, wonder and discovery. Leaving hold of and taking hold of. Letting happen.
Touch is an essential part of our child development, both emotionally and physiologically. As adults, we can use the precious experience of touch to nurture our previous injuries just as for care and well-being in the present.
I've been on the Rosen journey for seven years now. From the beginning on I have experienced this work myself, discovered it for my own process and at the same time I have undergone the training. Learning seems to never end, both my own process and that of education. From where I am now, I can give others a space, completely for themselves, hold them in there and make room for what comes up and for what moves. Holding and moving. Halten und Bewegen (german).
I give in-person sessions in Berlin Neukölln and also offer SE online.
